The spacious studio offered ample space for our family. Several items were worn out, including a dirty couch and missing light bulbs . The chilly atmosphere was uncomfortable, especially since there was no heater in the room. Free parking was a plus, and quick access to public transportation made getting around easy.

Good size and great rate! This is not a hotel - it is an apartment block in which unrented units are rent as short lets so there is no hotel service but in compensation we had a large one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and washer/drier for 60E/night in peak season in Milan. Fantastic shutters - blocked out the interminable Italian sun at nighttime! (Sun rise very early, sun set very late) Fast wifi.
One of the aircon machines was broken - thankfully in the lounge so we could still sleep well. No information provided by the hotel re local facilities - a simple a4 sheet with a map and listings for local supermarkets, public transport, restaurants would have been very helpful though we found everything reasonably easily on the internet. Is 20- 30mins from town by tram so you do 'commute' into central Milan - only 1e each way so no real hardship.

Good location and easy parking. Nice sized 1 bedroom apt. With kitchen. Good for couple with 2 kids.
Only negative was terrible pillows (hard/flat) and loud next door neighbors on second night.

Newly renovated apartments, lot of space, nice furniture.
Lot of mosquitoes, just details.

great location but maintenance needed
The location was ideal, with the Cenisio metro just a short stroll away! The staff went beyond expectations, especially when assisting us with local dining spots. Our one-bedroom apartment was spacious and provided a comfortable living area for our group during our four-night stay.
Maintenance issues like outdated kitchen appliances and inadequate cleaning stood out .

Great value for money, rooms are very confortable and spacious.
The rooms are cleaned only twice a week, and only the linens and towels are changed. The apartment is not cleaned, and, in my case, once they skiped the shift, therefore I had the same linens for a while

The hotel was peaceful and reasonably clean with pleasant staff from night shift. We were in a favourable and unbeatable location close enough to the Cenisio metro, nearby metro station, and Rho Fiera. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bikers Bar.
